You may send items back for a full refund within 30 days. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, used, personalized,washed or discontinued. All tags should be attached. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Special order items are nonrefundable. Opened whistles cannot be returned. Shoes that have been worn outside will not be accepted for return.
To return merchandise: fill out return form, place inside & wrap package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or insured Parcel Post for shipment. (Return packages must arrive freight pre-paid to be accepted.)
To return an item:
1. Log into My Account at the top of the page.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to the item you would like to return.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- Return action optional
- Comments optional
4. Click Submit Return Request.
Note: all sales are final on clearance/discontinued products.
