Returns

You may send items back for a full refund within 30 days. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, used, personalized,washed or discontinued. Product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Special order items are nonrefundable. Opened whistles cannot be returned. Shoes that have been worn outside will not be accepted for return.

To return merchandise: fill out return form, place inside & wrap package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or insured Parcel Post for shipment. (Return packages must arrive freight pre-paid to be accepted.)

Note: all sales are final on clearance/discontinued products.
